Landscape of Exploradora Norte, located In Chile. Investing opportunity in copper and gold stocks.

Exploradora Norte

Exploradora Norte

Situated along the prolific West Fissure fault system, Exploradora Norte resides to the north of El Salvador and south of Escondida, positioned at an elevation of 3,400 meters above sea level (asl) in the Chilean pre-cordillera. Boasting a year-round operating climate and excellent accessibility, the project stands as an optimal exploration hub, strategically positioned just 110 kilometers east of the Pan American highway and other vital existing infrastructure.

The CopperEx Exploradora Norte property is immediately adjacent to the north and east of the Codelco Exploradora property which hosts a resource estimated by Codelco to contain 190-280 Mt @ 0.40% Cu.

Project Highlights

  • Multiple drill-ready targets, with an untested ready-to-drill porphyry copper target.
  • Option for 65% with a Preferred Option for an additional 35% with no attached royalty.
  • No community access agreement required.
  • Year-round operating environment with good access.

Advanced Exploration Targets

Primary Targets

  • Franja del Oro – Sediment hosted carbonate replacement type gold mineralization (values up to 3.97 ppm Au at ADLP & 4.57 ppm Au at Sorpresa) believed to be distal to a porphyry Au-Cu.
  • Peuco – Porphyry Cu Target: Geochemical and geophysical anomalies over tourmaline breccia clusters with values up to 1.69 ppm Au & 1,021 ppm Cu in surface samples. Breccias contain potassic altered porphyry clasts in quartz-tourmaline matrix with peripheral polymetallic veins and skarn alteration.
  • Florencia – Located on NW-SE structural corridor controlling the Exploradora porphyry Cu deposit (Codelco) ~5 km to the NW. Low resistivity with high chargeability suggests porphyry at depth. Epithermal quartz veining-breccia structures (up to 1.02 ppm Au & 1,320 ppm Cu), alteration, and geochemical anomaly at surface.

Secondary Targets

  • Kiula – Porphyry Cu target, impressive geophysical anomaly at depth, subtle porphyry stockwork veining style present in BHP drilling, Cu surface values up to 248 ppm.
  • Cerro Chorreado – Skarn mineralization and hydrothermal breccias with anomalous Cu values at surface (up to 0.26 ppm Au & 200 ppm Cu).
